Surron Dubai Return & Refund Policy
Important Notice (Priority)
⚠️ Please note: We only accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your item.
⚠️ The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. We only accept items with the packaging opened but otherwise unused.

General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy window; however, your return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your item to be eligible for processing.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with no signs of wear, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (special orders, personalised items)

Personal care goods (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards
If unsure, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item remains unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
