Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+4) on business days are processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+4) will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time & Priority
Standard delivery time: 1–2 business days.
For Dubai local orders, delivery may occur on the same day depending on location and time of order.
International shipping to Egypt is also available, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping within the UAE on all products.
Shipping to Egypt is available at a flat rate of AED 300.

Exceptions & Delays
The following situations are exempt from delay compensation:
